1. Booking Shipment Confirmations
All cargo bookings, shipping slots, and price quotations are subject to local space availability, custom declaration regulations, and international weight/volume compliance guidelines.
2. Customs and Clearance Compliance
Shippers are fully responsible for providing accurate manifest lists, commercial documentation, licenses, and verified certificates. Pinacle Movers is not liable for border holds caused by illegal or mislabeled consignments.
3. Cargo Liability and Force Majeure
While we take utmost care, Pinacle Movers is not responsible for shipment delays, damage, or losses resulting from natural disasters, port strikes, custom border closures, weather conditions, or global carrier flight changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for freight forwarding, brokerage handling, and warehouse space rentals must be settled as per the corporate invoice details before final cargo release or delivery confirmation.
